Our new vehicle restraint system to meet the new requirements of BS EN 1317 parts 1 and 2.
Our new system uses the standard corrugated beam section but we have added a series of post mounting slots along the centre line of the beam; this enable us to install posts at different pitch centres.

We have also increased the strength of the post so that we can offer a higher containment level with fewer posts thereby making a less costly installation.
Like existing systems the posts are available for setting in concrete; driving into existing ground; or bridge deck mounting.

These modifications seem simple, but they are result of a £2 M investment in a development programme.
Performance classes acheived so far for normal containment levels N2
N2 Normal containment is for a 1.5 Tonne car and a 900Kg car

Performance classes acheived so far for high containment levels H1 and H2
H1 containment is a 10 tonne truck and H2 is a 13 tonne bus, both also with a 900 kg car.
